I can log in but can’t view my balance, made a deposit anything. And of course they none know what the issue is or how to fix it. Definitely switching banks.madisonville14

As far as banking apps go, this is probably the worst one. It's slow, visually unappealing, lacks features, hardly ever receives updates. Why no Touch ID login, Apple Pay support, push notifications? And this is less about the app and more about the bank itself but, purchases take foreverrrrr to show on your account. I'm talking a week or more. Why is this when other banks are almost instantaneous?Show lesschasonstone
Not able to log in.
Can't log in even though I can log into the main site and the older mobile site.
Very old fashioned graphics. In this day and age the look needs to be clean and modern. I get the 'independence' tie in but it looks old fashioned and unappealing.brit bird

Love the app...if it would work. The majority of the time it won't load any information. Until they update this and work out the bugs, don't waste your time. It's just as quick to actually go to safari and use their website...and it works every time.DBittel112
