Don’t bother

Was. Ok for a few years now its hopeless.
Expensive and full of bugs, continual problems.

Crashing Issues

New update crashes every time you exit the app. Also will not let me copy job numbers. Additionally, the keyboard on the iPad now does not work properly either. All sentences start off lowercase.

Stress relief

GeoOP has changed my business for the better. I used to juggle 20 jobs in my head all the time. I'm now so organised and profit has increased substantially. I don't miss any details of parts supplied or time allocated .You can watch your business grow in an orderly fashion and the cost of a months GeoOP is recovered ever day. Takes the stress away from everyday organisation.

Unreliable

I take back my previous positive comments about geoop. It's unreliable, frequently losing connection with the server. Notes are not always saved. Status updates do not always work. When the app loses connection with the server you can't even see the data from the last successful sync. This app is useless about 25% of the time.

Crashes and Bad customer service

STAY AWAY from this app and service. The app crashes on every form it is available in and the company would rather argue that it's not crashing than fix it. Who is funding this terrible joke of a service. Truly awful!

Best Mobile Workforce Solution!

I have been very happy with using GeoOp for my business. The service can be adopted to work with any business model that involves dispatching or tracking mobile workers. Highly recommended, with an excellent support staff and quick response time to questions and/or issues.

Now you see it...

After downloading App it disappeared from my Ipad. I have tried to log in using the original detail with out success. I have tried to creat a new account however I can't use any information from original login making trying set up difficult. If this happens with the trial why should I trust it?

I came across GeoOP after trying around 10 popular time/job tracking apps online (which all had one crippling deal-breaker) - and, in conjunction with Freshbooks, for the past year my whole business has been run through this service. It ticks all the boxes for me.

This iPad interface to the GeoOP system is the ideal way to manage jobs, log time, pass notes and message customers while on the road.

The app is responsive and well designed, allowing me to quickly jot down what would have taken me twice as long any other way.

GeoOP offers a single point from which to manage clients, jobs, staff, messaging, schedules and invoice creation.

Client contacts can be imported easily, so do yourself a favour and set up a trial account - you may be surprised how well-rounded and cost-effective this service is!
