Hi there. Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the issue you have experienced. We know how frustrating tech difficulties can be. It sounds like you may have selected the wrong state when signing up for tipping. Due to differences in state laws, we must have different competitions for each state. This means that you may not be seeing your closest participating venue. We can help get this sorted for you. Prizing for the quizzes was subject to availability and because we had so many switched on sports fans get involved, we ran out of stock towards the end of the season which means you may have missed out on more prizes. Being frustrated I left a review to which Fanzo responded promptly. They updated their support links and fixed my issue. Shout out to Fletcher at FANZO who was very helpful and understanding.
