Sick of the app saying I have already been gifted for the round, when I haven’t, or when “in venue” putting my tips on only receiving a 2-for-1 pot.

I have contacted support a few time with no response back, why have email to contact when nobody responds

Terrible UI

One of the worst user interface and experience i’ve had in a while. No idea how to get anywhere, weirdly nested features. Quite bizarre. Good luck

Worst app to use for tipping comp

Took forever last year 2023 for app to work on my iPhone and now with all my info in for 2024 the app is even worst. My location settings is on and won’t find my local area but only pubs 700kms away.

It sounds like you may have selected the wrong state when signing up for tipping. Due to differences in state laws, we must have different competitions for each state. This means that you may not be seeing your closest participating venue. We can help get this sorted for you. I won several stubby holders in the quizzes which only the first 2 were ever sent. Tried to email them but no reply

Prizing for the quizzes was subject to availability and because we had so many switched on sports fans get involved, we ran out of stock towards the end of the season which means you may have missed out on more prizes. Amended to: Does work and great support!! Fun tipping with prizes to boot.

Initially had issue: App says device linked to another user and to contact support. App support message didn’t submit. “App support” link in Apple Store didn’t go to any support page and i couldn’t find any support contact on the web.

Being frustrated I left a review to which Fanzo responded promptly. They updated their support links and fixed my issue. Shout out to Fletcher at FANZO who was very helpful and understanding.

Issue resolved and I’m a happy chappy. Thanks FANZO and thanks to Fletcher!

Usability

One of the more usable apps on my phone. Clear layout and design. Nothing better than seeing the “you have won a free pot” notification either. An application I will definitely be recommending

Not great

At my local, we have to do our tipping through this app. That’s the only reason I go near it. It is honestly a dog’s breakfast. The reason it gets two stars not one from me is because whatever is going on in the backend does seem to keep track of our competition’s tips correctly. But that’s about it. Hope that your local tipping competition sticks to some other method of putting tips in. This has let me down too many times

Rubbish

Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. I used to have a matchpint account, the logon page keeps redirecting me to create new account even when I click on the “already have an account” link. So it’s an endless loop. I’ve tried to message the support team, but even that doesn’t work!!!! Would give it zero stars if I could.

Slow to update

Works ok but the slowest tipping up to process results. Normally not even updated on same day as the game.
