I “hearted” a few locations on the app and they cannot be removed from the top list anymore

Have been told the app glitches and it has changed expiry dates so often I keep screenshots. If you have more than one pack it randomly takes from both. The payment info isn’t the same as what’s on the credit card. Please fix
Bad update
The new update no longer allows you to see how many people are in a class that you’ve already booked. We want to see if we’re going to a big class or a small class. We want to be able to text our friends and tell them to join us, but there’s no point if a class is full. Please fix this.
App doesn’t open or crashes when it does
The app has not been opening for me and when it opens it crashes. I’ve missed classes and have not been able to sign up as much as I’d like to.

When I remove the app (swipe up on phone) from history it logs me out and I click back into it and log back in and my classes and passes are all gone, until I wait for a while and they will be there when I look again.
Booking classes is seamless and effective and I like how it adds to calendar .
Wish there was a change email/phone option on account settings.

cannot login
App is good to check timetable.
My login works on website, but cannot login on app. tried numerous times, ever reinstalled app, still does not let me login, always get ‘error’.

Language has changed to French
App has suddenly changed to French language. iPhone is set to English and Preferred App Language is set to English. Dumped app and reinstalled to try to fix. Very unreliable app. Needs much more user testing.
Very glitchy
The app is fine when it works but there are times when it does not open past the loading screen. This is quite the inconvenience when trying to book classes. I have not been able to get the app to open for two days now…
Studio Pilates app
This app freezes alot! Makes it very difficult to book classes! The studio staff a very helpful whee when you call direct, however the purpose of the app is to make class booking easy! The app needs fixing!
