UPDATE TO USER INTERFACE NEEDED ASAP AND IPHONE X SUPPORT

Poor app

I’ve reported a new shoe back in June 2018 with the app not working on the iPhone the iPad and android devices. Our company cannot even send messages to our trucks via our handheld devices. I’ve been calling Navman repeatedly to try to get this resolved but, it almost seems like they do not know what they are doing. To this day almost one year after reporting this issue, Navman Has not resolved the issue. Our company is now thinking of dropping not have a man because of their poor product and their poor performance.

Do not use Teletrac

They are horrible. Their customer service is horrible. They do not care because they have you locked into a two to three year contract.
They will not call you back or solve any problems that you are having. I never have received such horrible customer service from any company ever as this one. Can not wait till my contacts over and I can cancel.

What?

All I can do is look at my status and change it. I can’t set my own password either.
Kind of worthless. Guess I’ll delete it if they don’t add more to it.

Needs to be updated

For what is being paid for the service that you provide I would like to see an update to allow for more features in the app. It would be nice to get alerts when messages/forms are created. It would be nice for just more functionality like the web based platform. Nothing has changed in two years?!
