Worst company ever cost me a 18k van and 10k worth of tools
Tomtom webfleet - Worst company – ever - After being a customer for three vehicles for over six years, we had a vehicle stolen and instead of helping us track the vehicle they refused to allow us access onto the tracker as we had for some reason missed a few payments. Instead of giving us instant access so we could find the vehicle they asked us to send an email to the finance department who refused to help until the email had been processed. Some 24 hours later they turned the tracker back on by which time the tracker had been found and destroyed. If they had of acted reasonably then we would have been able to get the vehicle back.
Don’t use them use a more reasonable company they where very unhelpful and where more bothered about a few invoices missed rather than helping recover a £ 18’000 van and £ 10’000 worth of tools all in all they have cost us £28’000.Show lessGood

Since updating the app to 2.7 from 2.6.3, the Availability Filter option in the Vehicles tab is no longer there so the coloured Green or Grey dot next to the Vehicle icon is no longer there, which was used to easily indicate whether a driver is available (Active) when green, or unavailable (Inactive) when grey.
Please can this be reinstated ASAP as it is difficult to determine which drivers are active or not without those availability indicators.Show lessDeveloper Response
