I noticed what seems like a new feature - a mute button that appears bottom-right just left of the Top Info Display. First issue: it doesn’t mute the navigation guidance voice if the voice is speaking already when you tap the mute button, but it seems to mute future voice outputs without changing anything (that’s a little weird—it should mute immediately as the driver probably needs to mute the voice immediately to better concentrate on something). Second issue: I didn’t see a way to disable the mute button from appearing either in settings or in the Dashboard Info Display preferences pane. Personally I like the feature and will probably use it, I just wish it worked a little better (see first issue), while others may not see a use for it and would like to disable it from appearing (see second issue). Okay, there are a few issues and it doesn’t seem to be a complaint section. I recently went into London where they’ve got restricted zones for trucks. One of your features has a problem. There is a few 18 ton areas around London. They are time zone restricted Or 18 ton only. So why does the truck satnav try and take you through the zones?? The penalties are quite severe if you go through them and not knowing London very well I rely heavily on the app working well. i am in a 44 ton truck, it is quite difficult to turn around when you’ve made that kind of error. also, when you got music on or you take a phone call, you go back to the app on the volume and voice stops working. I have to reset the app to get the voice to activate again. Apart from that, it is a very good app. if I could have a really good response, that would be fantastic. It would be nice to get a genuine reply to this message. many thanks.
Okay there has been an update and now my street that I come out of is now a 7 1/2 ton on your app. The road is quite capable and has no markings whatsoever to say that it is restricted.Show lessParaofgreyskull

Bugs out a lot
The routing is solid, and the shape route feature is very important for any commercial GPS, unfortunately certain features predictively and constantly bug the software, such as the “avoid this road” feature, if you use that in a trip at all, it will completely break the trip, and you will lose access to any of the shaping features, forcing you to clear the trip and rebuild your route. Heads up traffic breaks a lot, the bar will randomly disappear all together, and the device will get locked in on false road closure reports, messing up the predictive ETA and causing the routing to be useless until past whatever falsified closure reports. And it seems with the online routing edition, they are moving away from the route shaping features that caused this product to stand out in the first place.Show lessMrJaunty
Well worth the money
I purchased this App prior to our 3 week trip to northern Spain. After a brief test run all seemed ok, however on our arrival in Plymouth prior to arriving on the ferry we suddenly realised she hadn’t uttered a word since leaving home. After playing around with the settings on arriving in Spain it became apparent that something was wrong and I contacted the helpline. Over the next few days and while we were travelling the helpline was extremely helpful trying to resolve the issue (all by email) and eventually while driving down a country road she burst into life and has not put a foot wrong since. The assistance received was well beyond what I was expecting and the App has delivered faultless accurate navigation since and I just wish I had purchased it sooner so once again many thanks.Show lessBazza241
Generally good but Joins up dead ends
The app is generally good allowing us to put in the dimensions of our Motorhome.
However the app caused us to get stuck in Menton, France by joining up 2 dead end roads - which were also too steep with S bends for motorhomes.
The first road was Allees Des Acacias, Menton.
I also have seen others comment on Facebook about copilot with the same joining of dead end roads.
These fixes should be done as a priority.Show lessLprophet
