Private pilot
After hearing of a few acquaintances having their log books get stolen, or otherwise go missing I thought it mould be good to have a back up for my paper copy. This works on both my Apple devices as well as my windows devices. It works well for what I need. I have had a few issues where I have contacted support. Replies have always been quick and helpful.

Good but has bugs
Very good app, and mostly works apart from a few irritating bugs including for example:
- can't add 'simulated instrument' into the summary statistics bar, 'save' just doesn't save the option
- crashes when clicking 'weather'
Apart from irritating things like this, it's easy to use and a convenient back up to paper log book.

So far, so good!
After finding myself 4 years behind on my log book, I went searching for an electronic version to replace my paper copy. I had planned to buy Log Ten Pro but after reading all of the recent negative feedback, I decided to try this free version of FLB. Being a long haul pilot, I found it had a couple of small things that could be tweaked. For instance it is only limited (current version) to logging 2 pilots names, in the instances where it is needed, 4 name slots would be better. I emailed the tech support and received an almost immediate response from the App creator. He was very helpful and said he would be able to add this in the future. Another very small drawback is that only the last 50 flights show in the app, the rest are stored on the server which needs internet access to view. This is by no means a big deal, it just means you can't view older flights without being online or having data. All in all I am happy with the product and have already recommended it to a couple of friends. Keep up the good work FLB!!!

Excellent with minor niggles
An overall winner. Excellent really! Only minor niggles which the developer should easily get rid off.
