One of the best
I’m impressed. I’m from the US and this might be the most easiest transport app I have experienced. Real time updates, ability to top up - it’s all seamless. I used this throughout my travels through Gdańsk, Warsaw, & Krakow.
Charges on top of ticket price and gives Unnecessary directions
Unnecessary directions. Told me to change trains when I didn’t have to. You have to load up the card (it auto suggests 50 but you can do less) so not pay as you go.
They also charge a service fee on every ticket so costs more than it should.
In short they over charge for tickets and inevitably you will be left with money on the app that you can’t use or get back.
All this and MASSIVE advertising.
Rip off.

Dreadful and unnecessary
You can now buy tickets on the bus with a credit card. So you don’t need this. Google maps works for bus times. This app serves deceptive ads. You can’t just buy a ticket, you must put money in a wallet. It charges you for refilling the wallet unless you put in a minimum. The wallet can never be emptied as it’s not a multiple of the ticket price. It’s difficult to buy a ticket.

Essential friend for a solo traveller
I wouldn’t know where to start without Jakdojade. I’ve been using it for 6 or more years I guess. It keeps improving and coverage is expanding so best wishes to them!

A good app for transport options but no good if you want to buy a single ticket
