Travelers and foreigners should avoid this app, which charges extra fees for tickets unless you pay with a local card or BLIK (our Polish instant payment network). Other apps will sell you tickets without surcharges, and moreover you can always buy tickets with no surcharge by using the automats (vending machines) on every tram or bus, and in metro stations with just a tap of your card—even international ones. To be fair, the app is convenient and usually works well, but there is really no need to pay such fees.

Blocks validation for 3 minutes

For whatever reason if you are not quick enough to scan the barcode on the gates, it will block validation for three minutes. Are developers insane?

Responding to developer: then please post on the screen instructions how to avoid the blocking. Was I moving the camera too much? Did I run out of time to scan the barcode? It was so FRUSTRATING to be locked out for no reason when I was trying to quickly get on the metro. I have not seen antything like this in any transport app on my travels.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Ticket validation can be blocked in case of some Ticket Operator's and the blockade is presented in accordance with their requirements. You can address your comments in this regard directly to the particular Operator. Greetings!

App will not open

I have been unable to open the app at all, I have IPhone 15 up to date, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I cannot use the app at all.

Used To Be Great. What Is Happening???

What is happening with this version and the Pro version of this app??? I have used the Pro version for nearly 11 years on an almost daily basis. It was excellent. But in the past 2-3 months I have deleted it and downloaded both versions 2-3 times because they fail to open or load or they take minutes to open. Whatever they did to these two apps needs to be undone. They took a near flawless app and ruined it.😡

App does not work

I downloaded the app today to use in Poland and after opening, the app goes to a page where it says it is searching for a profile. However, it never moves beyond this screen and it seems impossible to go any further in the app. It is also unclear how it can be searching for a profile when I never got a chance to create one. I would not recommend this app.

Easier to buy tickets on bus / tram

Jakdojade asks numerous personal info GRADUALLY which is disturbing. You need to sign up an account, put money in the wallet in the app instead of using apple pay directly. Then they ask for your phone number. Then vehicle side number, it says you can find it on ticket validator in the vehicle but you can’t, one tram has a long series of numbers which don’t work and is confusing, 2 buses have this number above the window.
