Really nice way of organizing this info. It will certainly help at the farmers market when the meat sales guy (who just sells it but knows little about it) offers you the wrong cut for what you were planning on making.Rickyroodles

If you use the Australian names for meat it's good app. There's a lot of potential here. Otherwise, it's just a nice marketing tool for Vic's meat and not a straight up app. Do not recommend unless you live in Australia.Dr Shmishma
