A few bugs

The mass of the meat has limitations (eg.whole chick only allows up to 1.4kg etc). The dials sometimes can be malfunctioned. Also, once out of the app, the current setting is working but we can't go back to view the information while the meat's already cooking away. Otherwise brilliant app.

I've giving it 5

Options of metric or imperial, useful clear worded. Diagrams to show location of cuts. A very neat, well made up for anyone wanting to know more or try something new with proteins in the kitchen. Excellent.

Cooking timer allows only one steak

Not good, the timer will only allow one steak at the time meaning you cannot cook different preferences at the same time. Ie well done and medium for example.

Older version is better

Too many details hard to find or missing - BBQ temperature when starting, selectable steak/chop weights, alarms aren't as loud, among others. Re-installing the older version.

So happy I found this!

Really nice way of organizing this info. It will certainly help at the farmers market when the meat sales guy (who just sells it but knows little about it) offers you the wrong cut for what you were planning on making.

Meat Magnet

Awesome app! Much better than last one, lots of details, tips n ideas. Perfect way to cook your meat with advanced helper timer. Very imformative, a must have, something i will use regularly. Great work guys!

Meat God

I love this App. All the info on meat is easy to understand and informative. The charts and cut lists are very helpful and the cooking timer is awesome. I nailed a perfect roast last night simply by following all the prompts. Turns a novice into a meat cooking expert in no time! Highly recommend this App.

Nice Idea

I like the idea, but Meat 101 has more information and US names for cuts.

Awesome

By far the best, most comprehensive, and most educational meat app I've found. A couple of differences in terminology between Canada and Aus, but not a deterrent at all. Highly recommended.

Almost

If you use the Australian names for meat it's good app. There's a lot of potential here. Otherwise, it's just a nice marketing tool for Vic's meat and not a straight up app. Do not recommend unless you live in Australia.
