Doesn’t work
I downloaded this app five days ago. It has never worked for me. I need this app for my job. I’m thinking it is time for you to upgrade your app.lacy1452
Needs help
Where are the developers at? This app needs some love. I have to use this app daily and it’s frustrating when a notification comes through when the app is open and my music stops and starts playing songs I don’t have downloaded. I then have to exit the app and open my music and pick something to play again. Not safe to have all that going on while driving. Also when I’m trying to clear an order and it is trying to use WiFi but when the WiFi isn’t strong enough to use it takes forever to stop trying. I have to put my phone in airplane mode for a sec and turn it back on to try again. It should time out after like 5 seconds and give me the option to use my LTE. Other issues are I’ll tap on an order and sometimes it won’t open to see the info. That’s frustrating when I’m in front of a customer or vendor. Please fix.Show lessseriously just add my comment
No updates
App is still nearly useless with iphone. Zero notifications, orders wont show up. Chat log never refreshes screen constantly roatating back and forth. Never has updates for bug fixes.Badluk is my user name

For the past few weeks, this app has been sooo buggy! I don't get my notifications 50% of the time, it lags, my dispatcher can't see me on the map.... It needs an update!!!!TIPster122

Thanks for updating this app. It's still pretty buggy, but it's worlds above its pre-February predecessor. Developer has added the ability to refresh the app while on a run, fixed the issue where music stops when a message is received, and several other previous complaints. Users can now have customers sign and leave tip right on the screen, and you can set it to open Google Maps as the default map. Perhaps most importantly, communications and data loading are a little more stable without having to restart the app constantly. It still uses a lot of battery and has glitches, but it's a solid step forward. Updated from 1 to 3.5 stars. iPhone 5s.Show lessMmaaddeenn
Garbage
Honestly, I want to like this app. The idea of it is fantastic. In the real world, it slows your phone down, shows notifications 50% of the time, alerts via sound hardly ever, prevents your music from playing (if by chance you happen to get a message that actually makes it to you) kills your battery...... At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. In this case, if you're a delivery company, spend a few dollars and get something worth having. Wisdom GPS is garbage.Show lessCab.....
Not Connecting
I have an iPhone 4s and downloaded the app. It opens and says "Connecting to notifications server" and that's it. It stays on that loading page forever. I'd really like to use this app so if a fix could come out ASAP that would be wonderful.Ratran99

Too Many glitches
It just drains battery and often I have to logout and log back in or even delete the app and reinstall to get it to work. Dispatch has to call me every time to make sure it works (which 80% it doesn't). Shame could really be useful.LannaHoe
