I have been using the app for quite some time. The app has been recently updated and I do not remember my password. Every time I try to change my password I get a message “Template not found in database”. So now I am locked out of the app.
FIX THIS APP!!! AND YOUR WHOLE OPERATION!!!
In the mornings- the app says the car is "on location." But it hasn't arrived in the area yet. Also, when you use this app you will get a driver from whatever random taxi company. That compromises your safety because most of the time it is not a 510 driver. At least if you have a problem with a 510 driver, the dispatcher will act remotely interested for a half second. Also, I find it horrible that each driver expects a different fare even though I go to the same place and return home every day. So basically, my to and from distance is the same every day five times a week. If you ask the dispatcher the price they say ask the driver. This is also unsafe because you don't know till the last minute what the price is. And the driver charges you whatever they want. At least uber charges by mileage. Uber emails you a receipt with the price breakdown based in mileage.
