Terrible company and DEFINITELY NOT PET FRIENDLY
As a Hispanic I don’t recommend this company to any pet owner. Even if you request someone that’s okay taking a dog to the vet for emergency. They send you someone who hates animals and doesn’t want fur in their car. I had terrible experience when my dog was in need of being taken to the emergency room. The guy complained and complained. And then had me waiting for someone else that took 30 minutes to arrive I in the end found a different car company to take me. Warning any pet owners around Brooklyn of guy names either Osvaldo or Orlando. He’s terrible person he cared more about fur getting in his car then an animal needing to go to the emergency room.

DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY
Not only is the pricing on the app always inaccurate they wait until the end of your trip to try to give you a completely different price. Then they are selective about when they want to send drivers to you. They will lie and say that there aren’t cabs available in your area when you can clearly see on the app there are. When you dont use the app and call the company, They hang up on customers and are very disrespectful. You’re better off paying for Uber smh
