Worst telecom app

Always full of bugs, always slow and inefficient! Always crashing even when it’s just updated.. i have never used worse app for telecom like this app

Wi-Fi box review

Me and my friend have used the STC 5G routers for over a year now and it’s absolutely terrible. It only works when using an Ethernet cable, any wireless connection is so inconsistent! When it works (which is rare) it is quite good so deserves 2 stars. The range is absolutely woeful as well, I live in a basic apartment and it doesn’t reach outside the lounge where the router is.

Awful internet provider, especially if you’re looking to game. EA even sent me an email saying my internet isn’t good enough and provided data backing other internet providers in Kuwait such as Zain. I will be switching to Zain the second our 2 year contract is over with STC! Avoid!

Very bad user experience.

Please, it is frustrating, unable to log in. I ported from ooredoo and zain. Had couple of issues regarding the app. Firstly, unable to log in. Load time is poor. Too slow. Usage details do not show accurately.

Stc App.

Bad app not accrued or maybe its not professional app.
There is different between App results and call center data specially at internet usage.
Hope to fix it for the new customer, for me i'm going to shift to another provider.
