Mobile banking has changed without no update
I have been logged into my account for hours trying to make my mobile bank credit card payment since yesterday. I don’t know what has changed but I wish they would have gave us the heads on the new updates. I hope when I reach out to them tomorrow morning they won’t penalize me for making a late payment.Show lessTransfer fund
I made a transfer of 150 and that money is gone there is an issue on members first endFace ID
Face ID option is now gone (terrible decision, slows things down by a ton) and it's always down or somethingCan’t login at night
I’m shopping online but it won’t let me login because it keeps saying data base unavailable so then I go to there website to try to login and it says the same thing this isn’t the first time it happened and I’m sick of it I should be able to login to my bank at anytimeUnable to reset my password
Unable to reset my password and it doesn’t have the Face ID option. Please fix!!!Always crashing/Frustrated
I hardly use the app but when I do need it I’m always receiving an error message. Went into the branch to inquire no one knows anything about the app or how to help. People this is 2023!! If we are to use you as a primary finance institution the app needs to work. Please look into fixing this issue.Show lessPoorly designed
This app is not clear or helpful with managing accounts. Very displeased. Only good for checking your balance.Great app
Wonderful to see the account and the ability to transfer funds. Unfortunately does not work with Touch ID and Apple Pay.Zelle
You all need to activate ZelleGreat to check balances, mobile deposit updates are terrible.
Great for balance checks, transfers, and mobile banking. The updates for mobile deposit make it impossible for me to make deposits from my device. It’s so frustrating that I cannot use that feature.
