I have downloaded a few of Glenn's apps and this is by far my favourite. As quite an anxious person, I find I wake up feeling centered and at ease after listening to this app before sleeping. Powerful and amazing
Glenn always brings me back to myself and a secure comfortable space to totally let go, this app though has more than just the 3 audios for awake sleep and background music only, which you can listen to I presume if you want to carry on doing the work in the company of others without disclosing what it's about, the good thing is they'd probably benefit too, but also this app teaches self-hypnosis and has a great chart that explains different Solfeggio scales effect on the system.
