I love shopping at MSU, but not on this app!
There are so many things that are so frustrating with this app. But the 2 that drive me the most crazy are the fact that there is no “back“ button. Every time I do a search if I choose to look at some thing, I can’t go back to my previously saved search and I have to start all over again. That is, crazy annoying!
Also, whenever I open the daily deal, I can’t tap on and open any other pictures other than the one that’s on the first page. You can’t zoom in, you can’t look at details of the fabrics. Terrible.
And last, you have to be able to stay logged in on multiple devices. If I login and save things in my cart while I’m on my phone, I should be able to go to the website and have the same things be in my cart. This is not the case. Every time I move from one device to another, I have things in my cart on my phone, I have different things or nothing saved in my laptop, or an iPad.
That’s the whole point of having an account set up, so that you have your purchases and cart saved.

I like the app in general, but my only complaint is there needs to be a back button. It’s very annoying when I look at a page and then when you navigate through the pages, to get back to the original page, you have to start again at the homepage. Please get a back button. Another problem I have with Missouri Star Quilt Co. is shipping takes too long. I mean it can take up to 5 or 6 days to get to FedEx. Another 5 or so days from FedEx to your home. When purchased on Monday, shipping label created on Wednesday. Label Created but package not picked up, FedEx tracking message “We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package.”Five days later still waiting for package pickup. Missouri Star Quilt Co’s free shipping is super slow. Package get from Missouri Star Quilt Co. to FedEx and sits for days before going on to next destination which my case is another FedEX warehouse. If you need your purchase for a quick project don’t use the free shipping or do not use Missouri Star Quilt Co. for purchase.
