  • Website hamburger menu not working when login

Hamburger menu not working. I’d like to see my account information but the menu is no longer working
  • Amazing app!

Had this downloaded for a while but opened it today and just realized how amazing it is.
  • Not any easy way to report errors

There’s not an easy way to report incorrect translations (fingernail is “una” not clavo), nor bugs: the game option and quiz options, and other buttons are broken with the “create your own cards” section.
  • Won’t let me cancel my subscription

The app itself is a little clunky but does the job.

However, I tried over and over to cancel my subscription and it would just boot me out of the app. I couldn’t find a way to get support. I deleted my account and have been charged for months even though I’ve tried to get rid of the paid subscription.

  • Problem in the program

This app is very very basic, it would probably be good except it locked me out after 5 minutes of use and want me to sign up to use it. I might have bought it but didn’t have time to really see what it was like.
  • Annoying Reminders for Alerts

I like the app so far. It has plenty of vocabulary and quizzes to work through. The aggravating part is that it keeps trying to make me set up notifications for practice in my phone settings, and there’s no option to say NO I DO NOT WANT REMINDERS. Multiple notification setup requests in a single session. I hope that is removed.

  • Okay

Word lists are not great. Some words are incorrect — a pretty serious flaw.
  • Subscription required

A few days in and the app Ui forces you to get a subscription when nothing is said about that anywhere
  • App crash

The app continually crashes when I try to edit my own flash card sets- that’s with the paid version too.
  • Didn’t know I would have to pay for it

The app is pretty nice. It’s a great way to learn and study new vocabulary words. I like how it moves cards to different boxes based on whether you got them or forgot them.

I wish it would have been clearer that a subscription would be required after a certain amount of time. $3/month isn’t terrible, but I will be shopping around.

Also, hands free audio studying needs to be improved. It only says the Spanish word, then quickly moves on to the next Spanish word.

My other complaint is that it doesn’t always update the cards I’ve previously studied. Maybe an Internet connection is needed?
