Fan art has its uses. Like the card game Bohnanza - how cool is that fan art version with all the different drawings of the beans? But this is a periodic table... with fan art for each element. Yes. Really. Fan art COULD have enhanced a periodic table by, say, when you tap on a particular element, it brings up all the info for the element along with a drawing of its discovery or something else associated with the element that will help you remember and understand it. Instead, the whole table is covered with little hideous thumbnails of bad fan art instead of the atomic symbols, and the fan art is junk like the atomic symbol done with pipe cleaners. Who thought this was a good idea?!
