Watch banking app on IOS 11.2 isn’t downloading
Hi team,
Can someone please really take a look at this app version settings?
I’ve been trying to get the watch banking app since couple of weeks.
You may think user error, actually not.
Contacted HDFC customer care usa tolls free number, cause I live in Nz that’s the only number, someone answered at least when I’m seeking for help.
My apple watch is paired to my IPhone.
All other applications notifications are coming up on my watch.
But for some reason my watch isn’t getting Hdfc watch banking app installed.
App on my phone is up to date.
Whoever is working/testing on this app please review this and release another version with a decent upgrade

Terrible! Don’t Download.
There is a newer App that is far better than this half a$$ed attempt. If this App is the best that HDFC can do with all the great software talent available in India, then it’s a clear message to me to take my money and business elsewhere!!
I can’t often access services from this because their Server is unavailable and it will also lock me out for periods of time for no good reason.
HDFC advertises itself as an international bank but, it’s App and services are especially difficult for NRIs to use.

International Number
Please please and please for gods sake accept international mobile numbers to set up 4 digit pin and finger print recognition. I don’t know why this feature cannot be enabled for international numbers?However credit to you guys as you atleast allow normal login process via app unlike ICICI Bank which mandates a local India mobile number for access to their app which is pathetic!

Great app
I’m quite pleased with this hdfc bank, it’s very handy for an NRI particularly. Can do everything I need. I’ve even had a video call with a HDFC rep and got help. It would be good if the mobile number would accept an international number to set up our pin though.

It’s really not a great update for NRI customers. NRI customers still cannot avail the benefit of touch ID.. Whereas other banks such as ICICI Are able to provide Touch ID to their customers.
And there is always a confusion between and NRI and NRO accounts in the application. It only shows the account number, where it doesn’t show which account is NRE and which one is NRO.

Update required to use non Indian mobile numbers
Even if the Touch ID is enabled in the latest version, it does not work with out the quick access PIN and the PIN registration does not work with a non Indian mobile number like a US number. As NRI users can use their mobile number for all other banking purposes including OTP receipt why the cell field can’t work with them while PIN registration? Looks like apps developers are not listening to the customer complaints carefully enough. Please fix it ASAP. It’ll be given a higher rating then.
