Glitchy
The app glitches way too much for an app that is critical for pur business. I am having to delete and reinstall the app regularly as a way to reset it work properly. I have no idea how many phone calls I miss when the app decides to stop working and gives error codes I have never seen before. Today, it won’t work at all even after reinstalling multiple times.
When it’s working it’s a good app. But, they should have been able to provide a better solution for glitches after being around this long.

Years of issues and glitches
We have been a longtime customer (over 7 years)
Their costs go up however their service is quite awful at times. Our team is now neglecting to use it whatsoever as it will freeze and time out upon attempted use multiple times a week. It is frustrating and not a reliable product.

Great app - could be better
We have a team using sendhub and view it as a very useful tool. A few glitches from time to time but we're comfortable with it being critical to the organization.
I hope they add the capability to send photos soon and cut down on the ability of new team members to add their own contacts from their phones.

Terrible service
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. They refused to port out my number. Took ages.

Cant export data - what?
We've been using SendHub for quite some time, and have some concerns. The features are good, but the call quality is somewhat variable, they just had an outage because of an expired Google Chrome certificate, and we've found that there is no way to export contacts from their database, which is hard to understand.
Hopefully they will make the changes and improvements soon and we will be able to continue to use them.

Keeps signing out! Please fix
App is great except every time a bloody update is released, the app signs you out without you knowing. This results in missed notifications. Please fix this and stop having us sign in all the time, or add Touch ID or 1Password support. Please.
Awful application
This app has not been pleasing to me or to my associates at all. The concept is great, but there are so many bugs!! I work for a start up company where I constantly have to reach out to clients on this app everyday every hour. Wanna make a phone call? Good luck. If any other call comes in it doesn't give you the option to hold or switch calls, it just automatically ends your current call. Using this app so that its wifi and not data use? GOOD LUCK! Every time you get an incoming call, it rings from the app and then takes over on your actual phone so that you end up using data. Want to look up a past conversation? Good luck! You can't on mobile, but on a pc or Mac if you type in the name it starts to mix the letters up and you can't find anything.
Highly recommend NOT using this application, it has been such a disappointment and has caused so many issues for me.

Great interface for text/vmail
My favorite SendHub feature is the single stream for text and voicemail combined.
It also quickly integrates with my OS and contacts, which is a huge benefit when on the go
