1. Account: A new “My Info” feature has been added to allow participants to access or modify their contact information. 2. Account: A new “Manage Protected Health Information” feature has been added to allow participants to share their claims/benefits information online with their eligible family members. 3. Hour Bank: Certain plans within a Trust stipulate that all hours worked by a participant (and as reported by their employer) be credited to their Hour Bank which is used to grant coverage in order to receive benefits.
