Errors right out of the box
The patient portal works fine, except it doesn’t work so well on a phone, and it seems to be missing some features that the app has.
I downloaded it and tried to login, but it said “UNABLE TO CREATE ACCOUNT This user exists but is not linked to this customer.”
The app offers no support at this point, so I go to the website and find the support link and it comes up “404 page not found “.Show lessWoes Me
Hard to find value
I got the app because my local TRA office said on the VRU, that it was easier and faster to schedule on the app. The app however was still “working” on the scheduling of my appointment, meanwhile I called and got
My appointment in a matter of minutes… plus, I haven’t yet received the images that my Chiropractor received the same day. So if scheduling is supposed to be easier, and medical imaging should be viewable on the app and neither is successful, I have to wonder how long I’ll be keeping the app.Show lessLabguyinwa
Booking an online appointment with TRA app
I’ve tried several times to make an appointment using the TRA app. The app is not user friendly at all. The information requested i.e. the referral is something the patient in our case doesn’t receive. The type of specific procedure is not communicated to the patient either with the exception of the type, CT, MRI, X-Ray, Bone Density etc….the specifics are unknown. When the General questions are answered the app will not accept or move on in the scheduling process. The app needs a lot of work before it can be used effectively and efficiently.Show lessJatacar1
