The seamless md was an awesome tool in supporting my recovery by reminding me everyday to complete the survey questions, which made me think about my health and feelings. The system always gave advice and tips on what was normal and how to address the concern. If the system alerted the care team of my answer, I immediately got a phone call to check on me and to address the concern. The whole process has made me feel well cared for. I would like to mention Dr Robert Hollis in his excellence and mindfulness in my care with his deepest concerns for my health, phone calls to just check on me and reassurance of my outcome after surgery. I would like to give the biggest shout out to Victoria Kennedy for her compassion for her job and her patients. Everytime I talked to her due to issues or health concerns, it was like talking to a close family member. Her empathy and patient services on the phone or in the office is the ideal way that all patients want to be reviewed. I was not a number but a patient whom is better to have known this team and able to use seamless md to help stay in line with my recovery. Thank you!!!
