Excellence in recovery
The seamless md was an awesome tool in supporting my recovery by reminding me everyday to complete the survey questions, which made me think about my health and feelings. The system always gave advice and tips on what was normal and how to address the concern. If the system alerted the care team of my answer, I immediately got a phone call to check on me and to address the concern. The whole process has made me feel well cared for. I would like to mention Dr Robert Hollis in his excellence and mindfulness in my care with his deepest concerns for my health, phone calls to just check on me and reassurance of my outcome after surgery. I would like to give the biggest shout out to Victoria Kennedy for her compassion for her job and her patients. Everytime I talked to her due to issues or health concerns, it was like talking to a close family member. Her empathy and patient services on the phone or in the office is the ideal way that all patients want to be reviewed. I was not a number but a patient whom is better to have known this team and able to use seamless md to help stay in line with my recovery. Thank you!!!

Excellent Support
I had a left knee replacement Aug 22. The seamless MD program was excellent. I received an email everyday and simple to follow instructions. You rate how you are doing, how you feel, and account for your exercises and pain medication. I was impressed by how simple it was to follow everyday. It contributed to my overall success. I strongly recommend it.
I had my other knee replaced a year later. The experience I had for my first knee allowed my second knee recovery to go much smoother and easier. The Seamless MD program is excellent. The daily accountability is both helpful and encouraging. Great job GRH.Show less1Journey99

Wasn’t sure what I committed too
Oh great is what I thought when I said ok to SeamlessMD. Now I will have to dial in everyday and answer a bunch of questions when I’m not feeling well. Well I was glad they were there. Holding my hand. It’s 5 mins anytime of day. I can honestly say it helped when I had to go to emergency and told them

Helpful recovery program
I am grateful that I was in this at home recovery program first time after my first surgery in my life. It helped me a lot to learn more about how and what to do if…, feeling confident and calm. Never felt alone
Because of this app and receiving calls from nurse who read my answers. I felt I was not alone. It was a big help over these last 30 days. The only complaint I have is I had bilateral knee replacement and could only report on one knee on extension flexion. One incision might not be healing while other one is. One knee might be very painful and not the other.Show lessBilateral success
