  • Denial of claim

    I submitted a Super bill for reimbursement and received a request for additional information dated May 1, 2024.
    A denial of the claim for failure to provide additional information was issued the next day on May 2, 2024.
    A claim that should be able to be filed within a year of the appointment is now requiring an appeal within 60 days after allowing 24 hours for a response to for additional information?!

    That is ridiculous and I’m sure illegal.

  • Love the functionality

    Alerts on what I need to do next, the ability to submit out of network claims through the app, and outputs of all my financial information to track. I like the features and it “just works” which is exactly what I need.
  • App not working

    App used to work good but these last few months all it says when trying to login is that “something went wrong” I’ve uninstalled and re-installed my apps and OS stay up to date daily almost but can’t get it to open anymore
