A bit fragmented
I like having access to my doctor, provider, directory, health, history, appointments, etc. all in one place, but I do find that I have to search around the site to find the item I need, so the layout of the site is a bit confusing. For example, I got an email saying I have a message from my provider. I log into the app to find the message, and the first screen that comes up doesn’t have the message inbox as an option. Maybe this is purposeful, but I have experienced better site layouts.

I’m new to this option but so far, I like what I have experienced so far!! I never thought that all my medical records, billing options, prescription needs, and so much more to explore is at my fingertips!! This is an awesome way to get and stay in touch with my awesome provider and my amazing care team!! Thank you for getting me on board!! There’s so much more to explore and even though it may take me some time to really learn my way around, I’m sure if I get stuck MyChart self help or other assistance options will be a great way to get to explore more!! Thanks again!! You guys made my day!!

Swedish orthopedic institute patient
Recently visited both the emergency department and orthopedic institute at Swedish Hospital where I stayed for a few days . From the moment I arrived to the emergency department, I was impressed by professional staff being attentive,taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide me timely assistance,their compassion and expertise were evident,making stressful situations making more manageable . After my visit to the emergency department ,I transitioned to the orthopedic institute ,where I received further specialized care .the orthopedic team was outstanding ,demonstrating a deep knowledge of their field while also prioritizing my health.
