  • Best app- the simplest ones always are

Been using this app since 2019 and have to say, it’s the only journaling app I have been able to keep up with. It’s a one time app purchase leading to perfect mood tracking without added stress of monthly fees. It’s simplistic nature also allows for complete customization that works for you. I set up a template of questions and hashtags that I answer/fill out at least once a day. I always include a picture to capture a moment of reflection to later appreciate where I was, and where I am today. The app is perfect for someone like me who wants to journal but cannot conform to regular pen and paper- this app has been a welcomed addition to my every day routine for years now.

  • Love it but want multiple users

Love this app, used it for 2 kids. So if I look at the history you see my stepdaughter then years later, my son. I wish I could enter who it’s for. Anyway it’s sweet to look back and see the pictures of them growing up and when they were happy or sad.
  • Long time 10yrs + user love it , needs some updates

I’ve been using this product for 10+ years and love the archive of data’s … it’s great seeing the progress and tracking it all happening. My recommendation is to set the alarms to ask you at say 4x times a day to rate.

But … this app does need some updates.
  • Best Mood Tracker I’ve Found

Really like the fact there are more than 5 basic options for mood and also the tags are very very helpful with identifying what impacts on your mood on a day to day basis. I don’t take selfies lol (a bit of a weird idea) but I do sometimes upload an image to illustrate what I’ve written.
  • Love This App

I have been using this app on an off for 9 years’. Probably one the most helpful apps I have ever used for my mental health. This app eventually led me to checking in automatically by myself now. I just use this app occasionally when I notice a change in my mood and want to track it.
  • keto king gymnasium jesus approved

came here cuz of keto king and i must say very impressed it hola you accountable and you can analyses and make conclusions from the date you connect on how you feel throughout the day and switch up your lifestyle if needed
  • Transparency?

Lots of great features. But nowhere on their site or in the app can ai find information about subscriptions, fees or cancelling and account. Sneaky
  • Great Reflective app, could use updates

A great app to reflect upon the ups and downs and especially helpful if you are in therapy and/or want to examine mood fluctuations. I have ADHD & Autism and suffer from strong moments of Depression. This app had helped me take steps to understand the ups and downs. It requires you to build the muscle to make notes during any intense feelings, but it helps show you the imbalances so you can tackle your individual goals. My biggest issue is that the app feels a bit dated. The way it syncs is old school, and I have lost a couple years of data due to its clunkiness. So be careful when you back it up. Do a manual backup as well JIC. Would love for them to gather some thoughts from users and do a 2023 update. That’s all :)

  • I’ve been using it for years

This app is a workhorse for me, I’ve been using it for years. It has a neat and easy system to record medications, sleep and anything else too.
  • Love it but different colours please

Love it! But surely red should = bad and green should = good. Not sure there is anyone who uses a RAG rating would have red as good !! Note to Devs - Had a look at the settings but appears to be no way to change the colours, it’s only possible to change the words.

    Developer Response

Thanks! You can edit the colours on the mood scale in Settings/Moods screen.
