Forced sign up
Seems like the newest update forces readers to sign up before being able to view any articles. No thanks, don’t need more potential spam. Deleted the app now, I was enjoying it before the update.

Crashes galore
Feb2020: seems much more stable than previous versions. The only thing that is a bit odd is there are some pictures & charts that are very interesting but too small for a phone & they cannot be expanded, even an external link would be helpful if not within the app.
May2019: I tried a half a dozen times to get it to open, how can programmers muck it up so often ?

Very bad UI and some feature don’t work
I can’t help but to comment it. Your app simply is not properly tested. Try to scroll down and pick a new to view. After try to go back. The app simply doesn’t show where you left off and instead show the TOP page again. Very frustrating. Download for offline usage is also not working.
Great news articles but...
Great articles but every time I read one and tap to go back, it takes me straight back up to the top and I’ve to rescroll down to look for when I was. Keeps repeating and repeating until I give up reading completely every time. Please find a solution! Thank you!!
Absurd clickbait ads
This app has gone from annoying ads scrolling through the articles, to maddening mandatory video ads that repeatedly play half way through reading news articles.
Their click bait is meaningless, distracting, and crazy. Deleted app today. What a rubbish outlet CNA is!

No. 1 crashing app on any of my iOS devices.
iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPad Mini 4, iPhone XS - all of these experience frequent crashes on the app.
How hard is it to deliver text and images in a stable way? If you can’t serve ads without killing your app, you’re better off not having ads.
I would give 0 stars if that’s an option.

Fantastic app but unfortunately no app for Apple tv
Lovely app but what a shame dosent have a stand alone app for Apple tv in this high tech age of technology
Video bug
The app crashes whenever a video is played, and this includes ads containing auto play video .
