The worst company
Never use this company! Work with Etisalat. Their support is terrible and they steal your money. Tania Chakraborty from the field coordination was the worse support person I ever worked with.Horrific
This app is ok if you want to pay your bill, though it won’t remember your card details so you have to re-add them each time. And fault finding/resetting your network works, but is horrific to navigate. But for actual customer services it is horrifically bad, and impossible to speak to an actual human. The bot is terrible, incapable of answering even the simplest question. I’d say avoid, but their phone customer service is almost as bad. As is going into their actual office.Show lessHorrible
They make you pay for Data when you recharge your data the whole amount goes automatically to “balance” but not data without any warning. Then you have to put more money to actually buy data
