I never knew that one employee could have such a profound impact on an entire internet service. I mean, do they have a magic wand that turns my connection on and off? Or perhaps they’re just playing a real-life game of “will it connect today?”
t’s almost impressive how consistently they manage to fail. I’ve started keeping a calendar to mark the days I can’t work, stream, or even scroll through social media. At this point, I’m expecting a “frequent flier” discount for all the times I’ve been grounded from the internet.
