A Comedy of Errors
I recently had the "pleasure" of using Etisalat and , and let me tell you, it’s been an unforgettable experience! In just one month, my internet service was interrupted *four times*! Yes, you read that correctly—four! Each time, I was told it was due to a “staff error.”
I never knew that one employee could have such a profound impact on an entire internet service. I mean, do they have a magic wand that turns my connection on and off? Or perhaps they’re just playing a real-life game of “will it connect today?”
t’s almost impressive how consistently they manage to fail. I’ve started keeping a calendar to mark the days I can’t work, stream, or even scroll through social media. At this point, I’m expecting a “frequent flier” discount for all the times I’ve been grounded from the internet.
Thank you, Etisalat and, for turning my home into a digital Bermuda Triangle. I’ll be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for an adventure in frustration!

Worst application ever
For nearly 2 months my application is not working at all
Nearly 10 calls between me , customer services and technical support and they are not able to solve the problem
I can’t believe a company that big are not able to run applications properly

Never seen a more useless or worse app and organization than etisalat Egypt. Absolutely do not recommend buying any line from them. They are useless and will not help you during any problem. They don’t even have a number where I can contact them. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible Service
My moblile internet has been dropping to 3G and dropping totally out, I have complained several times and even been in store, I was promised the issue had been fixed but it is still happening, absolutely terrible service!! Very frustrating and disappointed.

Etisalat service in Alexandria
We have been told that Etisalat service in Alexandria is not the best why do you claim that it’s the fastest internet in Egypt!!
Good but...
It’s a good app, that keeps getting better. However, it randomly logs you out and then freezes. Please fix that ( 2 years later still does the same thing ) fix it please oh and your signal is very patchy in most of Egypt.

I have previously subscribed to internet and call packages, however despite this, I have been noticing that my remaining balance has been decreasing unexpectedly without my knowledge.
