Unreliable. Slow. After logging in the program will ask you to reverify yourself.
Update is a little off
Had v1.5.2(27) which the app store said was the latest but opening app said I already had this version but kept asking me if I wanted to update. Safely deleted the mobile app, downloaded again and all good, now says v1.5.3(28).
Doesn’t Work
The update makes this app unusable. I can no longer access any data about energy use.

Sure it says there’s a power outage in my area, but even after an hour they still haven’t updated with any info.

Login is glitchy and no option to print your bill. Clicking done to go back logs you out. And I thought the web site was bad! Pfft! The app is horrible.

This has no personal usage information. Save your time. Don’t download.
Pointless app
If you can use a browser then there’s no need for this app. Outage alerts/notifications in your area would be a helpful feature.
