It's ok

It could be better.

Awful

My daughter has had this app for less than 30 seconds and already there are random farm animal noises, a guy who randomly goes flying (while screaming) after being launched by a trebouchet, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LESSON and a horrible ad for a war game app that was very difficult to skip. I will be removing this app and finding something else as soon as I am done typing this review.

Terrible

This is a terrible app. My teachers absolutely hated it because there are way too many gun ads that completely inappropriate for school. Do NOT buy this app for children. Those of you who think that I don't want your children to know how to correctly type, well, just keep thinking that. But I'm warning you, don't download this app. Get Tap Typing instead.There.I said it.

Demo only. Is full version ad-free?

This was a fun typing app--one of the only ones I could find that taught the home row in the first lessons (JF, then KD, then LS, etc.). The app has entertaining background music and animations. I liked the options to do lessons, practice game, and speed test, plus create multiple user accounts.

The ads are the biggest drawback, but they are to be expected in a free demo. It is unclear whether the $9.99 purchase for ALL the levels is an ad-free version. $9.99 is definitely too much for a typing tutor with an ad after each level, but I would consider the purchase if I knew it was ad-free, especially since I can't find other typing games. I think $4.99 would be a better price for ad-free typing programs.

Frequent advertising which is not age appropriate

I would not show this to typing program to my children as it boasts war/criminal game advertising aimed at adults. Very disappointing!!!!

Not worth it

It is a cute little app but that is about it. I bought the paid version but regret doing so. Support non existent...

Typing course

Great beginning course - highly recommend for kids

Keeps restarting

The app keeps restarting my iPad mini2 and I have to keep unlocking and restarting the app.

I can't even get past the sitting correctly part.

SLOOOOOW...

It used to work well on iPad2, how come this app is so terribly sloooow now? Also, I paid for the full version when I bought it. How did this "automagically" turned into a light (LT) version?? How do you restore your purchase? There is no way to do this that I can easily find.

Now HERE is a good typing tutor

The game teaches students how to sit, where the home row is, and which fingers to use with each key.

The game is full of advertisements but as far as I can tell, you never have to "pay to play".
