Every week, week after week I have trouble with the app not working. Wont even play most days.
Hard to understand in this day and age it hasn’t been fixed.

No Sound
Is anyone at RSN reading these reviews. It’s a total lottery as to whether or not you get any audio. Please fix this crappy app otherwise it’s SEN Racing for me.
So unreliable
You need to stop advertising this app. It is so frustrating to start listening and then nothing. Won’t start again.
Poor App
What have you created - your upgrade continually doesn’t load or if it does it continually drops out and you can’t get back on it. Poor poor poor
Buffering
What a terrible app you should remove it until you can improve it or rename it after the great Buffering 👎
Rarely Streams
A radio app that is a complete lottery on whether it will actually produce any audio.
Been that way for years and on different devices.
They either don’t care or don’t have sufficient technical competence to fix it.

Embarrassing
The new App is several steps backward. Sound quality poor, doesn’t play every time and is unreliable. The look is also quite comical, you can see that Racing and the TAB are totally out of touch with the 21st century....
Stream issues
The app regularly has issues for me with delay, or not playing at all. Sometimes the audio stream cuts out and then goes back around a minute. Also the pause/play function has issues and each time I stop the app with another one I have to close and reopen to get the stream going again.
New format
I have been listening to your radio since over 30 yrs eventhough it changed names but for me it was only racing station I listened to. But unfortunately u have changed the format of this station. Previously u had full assessment of all the gallop races . Then u shortened the format on Saturdays to guaddie legs only for interstate racing and now u ask them to give guaddie numbers only with no input of why they chose those horses. Another disturbance in the format u go backwards and forward with gallops the to cricket then to football then to trainer then to your jokes then to harness then to dogs with no input from the analyst. There use to b set pattern in your program that’s lost and as also the listener.... thanks to u my gambling has lost interest as I can’t compete with the judgement of the analyst..tipsters regards davinder bedi
