You broke my favorite comic book reader
Until this last update (1.8.1) this was my preferred comic book reader. But as a previous review states, the full page iAds which crop up randomly do not reliably go away even when you click on the ad: the only way to get rid of them is to close the program and restart, which is annoying. Also, now there is a bug in the delete function, where deleted comics remain in the listing until the program is restarted. All in all, this current update is not ready for prime time.
Frankly, I'd much rather have the option of a paid version of this app instead of fighting the iAds.Show lessone more Bob

This app was my favorite before most recent update. Every twenty pages or so an advertisement will REPLACE a full page. The ad is the same every time and it makes noise too. Absolutely ridiculous. wish I hadn't just transferred all my comics to this app. I will be switching back to another .cbr reader very soon. I don't mind ads, but at least offer a paid version or make them less intrusive.Show lessJackinick

The new update fix the crash,now everything works great,i was waiting for this fix cause i got use to this app,does everything so simple, i couldn't get into other apps,thx for this fixtiberius2012
UPDATE WITH CAUTION!!!
I was liking the reader even there's still feature that needed to be added like select all when editing.
I just updated it to a newer version and it deleted all my folders thankfully not my comics except the default comics folder. And when I tried to launch a comics the program crashes all the time.
Now, I cannot read my collection until they fix the bugs :(Show lessAJZC72

It's good, but...
It's really good, the only minus is that it doesn't turn page when in zoom. That's a pity. It should turn page, keep the zoom, and go to the top of the next page. Also I would like the zoom to work automatically to the comic width.
The rest is just perfect.

This app is great!
This app works very well. You can view cbrs, zips, rars, and pdfs with ease. It loads itself pretty fast too, though if the resolution is super high then it takes a little while to catch up sometimes.
uploading the manga/comics is a breeze with the network upload file server that it creates. I tried other comic apps like comic flow and it's clones, this one is much better.
I wish that it had a snap picture to width of screen option for when you want to view your manga when using your ipad in landscape mode. It means a bigger picture and scrolling up and down. Attempting to view it this way right now leads to panning up and down and the width being reset after each page. That and if it could accept folders as book items as well, that would make it perfect.Show lessMrSaturn21
