    Why do I have to update this app every week?!
  • Inefficient

    It takes a long time to process a claim especially if it’s a photo submitted claim. Face ID does not work.

    Face biometric never works. Only 2 step verification works.

    Lots of improvements over time with the app and it works very well for my purposes. Am able to check balances and submit photo claims easily. Turnaround time for claims submitted through the app is good
  • Latest update causing log in error

    I just downloaded the latest update and get a phone number error when trying to log in. Can’t log on, can’t change password. Please push out a bug fix!
  • Not efficient

    According the APP, It takes 2.71 days for eClaim, for my experience it takes more than 7 days to inform me what document is missing or the APP unable to capture the document that I uploaded. I m sure that there has some error on the APP to upload the documents.
  • Fix your app

    Your app once worked, & worked great. Now - it sucks! Even on a normal computer- it sucks. Error message, won’t let me check updates on any processed or submitted claims. Unacceptable.
  • Good app but picky company.

    Just a heads up when you submit a claim. Don’t check COB. I didn’t know what it meant so I checked it. Only check if you had other benefits pay for your stuff. Im now fighting the company for about $1000 worth of claims. It’s been very frustrating. App could be set up better for first time users. Maybe a tutorial option for submitting that first claim would be helpful.
