App
Really easy to use
Too many ads
This is one of the most frustrating apps to use for anyone trying to navigate around Paris. While the core functionality is useful, it’s such a pain to use because of the constant ads for awful games and gambling sites. If you want to just quickly look at the metro map you have to sit through multiple adds before you can get any useful info.
Of course they’re trying to get you to pay for the “premium” version of the app. But considering the information they provide is publicly available from the Paris Metro website that feels ridiculous.

Ultimately useless.
Ruined by continual advertising pop ups that are impossible to cancel - at times when you actually need critical info about routes. The Paris Metro is what Uber was invented for, stress free, almost immediate, and quite inexpensive.
Very useful
Helped massively with navigating and planning rail travel around Paris
Great
Great map
No alternative routes
Would be great if it offered alternative routes. Would be great if it showed which exits are best for attractions and mainline station links rather than just street names.
Works well but
This app works well enough. However, the creator would do far better if they charged 5€ for a week for tourists. I would pay that but not the 9.99€ they want for a year. I don’t need a year. I need a week. The ads are super long. You can miss a train easily because they take up the entire app and it is a very, very long wait for them to finish. Super frustrating!

Too many advertisements
Advertising pop up all the time and make it difficult to do any planning.
One big advert
It might be a great app but I had to delete it, as all I ever saw was an advert. One after another. It was impossible to use.
Ads for a state owned transport system!!
This app is almost awesome, if it wasn’t for the ads that constantly pop up. A public system like this should never have ads. The government’s responsibility is to offer information to the public. Shameful.
