Unusable
Very poorly designed app, unable to actually use to get a parking permit. UI is god awful. The company is clearly a bunch of greedy leaches trying to maximize what sad, small profit they can get from predatory parking practices.

The service is awful! I mean, I can’t even with how hard it is even with humans to get them to follow through to do anything. It’s just one thing after the other constant. The only thing that this 5280 parking is good at… Is not doing anything.
You’ll pay the price
Horrible app! It rejected my parking pass twice! I had to pay fees both times! Not an easy application to use. Would uninstall and never use again if it was not required by my apartment place. SMH companies like this are ruining society
Awful app
App was already impossible to navigate, then a glitch caused all of the text in the app to only display placeholder variable names. Have gotten several tickets just because I update my active vehicle one place in the app, and it is then listed as my active vehicle, but old plate numbers are still listed on my parking pass elsewhere in the app. Wish me getting parking tickets for the place I live wasn’t contingent on an app that can’t even display text properly!!
