Terrible interface

I stood at the meter trying to get past the verification code point of setting up your app and ended up walking away. I could never get past that screen. Someone needs to.

Was significantly overcharged, and the useless AI chatbot assured me my query was escalated and I would be receiving an email in 24 hours. Days later, still waiting on both. Not a trustworthy app!
