This app randomly forgets your cars and phone number
getting worse
first the app was saying that i was paying for parking somewhere in florida when i’m located in canada. then it suddenly didn’t remember the location i park at every day. now i can’t even sign into the app as a guest or with my information, and i need to be able to park to go to work…. really not cool. really frustrating, i shouldn’t have to spend 20+ minutes trying to troubleshoot this app when i need to be getting ready for work. do better.

I’ve been using this app since the day it started and I love it and it’s never failed me as all the other ones have I wish the whole city of Vancouver only used Pay by Phone
Annoying middleman
Always got these in places with no signal where the pay machine has rotted to dust, yet somehow the park code is perfectly visible.

I parked my car and took the train to the airport. I couldn’t remember which stop I had parked the car at when I returned from my trip. The app does not show you the address of the location I was actively paying for parking at.

Major Glitches if get Signed Out
very annoying when you get signed out for not using it for awhile, and then it's almost impossible when the password requires a change at the same time, and it continuously gives different errors, unknown errors, poor connectivity despite 5G, just nothing works at all. Send a code to reset password, but an unknown error means the code cannot be entered. Absolute disastrous IT & Admin when it goes wrong.

Pretty basic is what this is and useless in so many ways. For example, my most recent parking history is from months ago and never shows someone I park at every week. Favourites disappear and impossible to re add. Everything else they want cash for. Useless monopoly

This app is so unusable the city of San Francisco has started putting giants signs on the sidewalk next to the pay stations saying “Alternative Ways to Pay!” with links to other apps that actually work
