horrible time limit

this app seems like a great idea until you need to do something that lasts longer than the 2 hours allocated by block. i can’t even get a haircut in the city without getting $40 ticket. i should just be able to re pay for extra hours after my two hours is expired. you pay for the meter and then still end up needing to pay for the ticket. it’s ridiculous.

Broken

The app for I phone is not working. Not accepting the 4 digit PIN. Unable to log in or Reset. Reset PIN button is not responding. Deleted the app and reinstalled to start over. All the same errors. No customer service is available for the app.
