Terrible update
You guys recently implemented an update where you are now clustering the parking numbers, for example, in Back Bay when you zoom into the neighborhood, you see 87 possible parking meter numbers, prior to the change I’m not sure which version, you were able to zoom into the exact street that you are parked at and it would have the corresponding meter number on the side of the street that you were parking at, now you have removed that feature in substitution for clustering all of them, and hoping that the user would remember the meter number and input that meter number, else you would have to search up the exact street name carry a compass or look at the moon and sun to determine which orientation you parked north, east, south or west. Every other parking app that I’ve used has the feature that pinpoints the exact location in which the meter number correspondence to the side of the street. Why would you remove such a useful feature?

Super glitchy
I am unable to add a car and save the information without the save button disappearing. I also cannot see the zone number as I type it in.
Map feature broken
I tried to use the map feature to locate my car. It’s broken! It points to an area far away from where I parked.

Nothing but blank pages. Deleted and down loaded. Still blank.
Changes to the app with Passport are awful
1. They used to be a map of zones which made parking and determining your zone really easy. That no longer works.
2. Residents who had resident parking permits and who worked late shifts used to be able to park in residential only zones overnight that are metered during the day, and pay in advance for the first two hours of the morning metered time (eg 8-10am), so is not to have to disrupt their sleep simply to wake up at 8 AM and pay for two hours of parking. That feature also no longer exists and its absence causes harm to residents.

Trash App, bring back the old one
I never review apps, but this app is so bad, it’s made me go out of my way to review it. You can’t search for any parking meters on the app. This is a downgrade from the last park Boston app.
New updates tanked app
Used to be easy but now you have to verify via email once a week. That’s so unnecessary. Loading time in-app is ridiculous as well, inputting the spot number takes forever. Definitely the slowest experience of any parking app.
Often craps out
Not a great app. Looks fine but craps out, slow to update while you’re trying to park, codes and pins often don’t work requiring reinstall, occasionally doesn’t line up with zones. Basically made for a city that now wants people to leave.
Add Vehicle didn't work
The App would not let me add any vehicles which makes it useless. Trying a reinstall of app.

ParkMobile was better
The app no longer lets you view the map of Boston to determine what zone you might be parked in, everything is just blank so it’s a guessing game. Also you are no longer allowed to prepay for parking in the morning in metered resident spots which is the city’s way of saying they don’t care about their people theres rather get revenue through ticketing. Unfortunate, the park mobile app was leagues better but the city of Boston had to ban it so they could put this awful app out.
