2.0.1

August 18, 2014

This release of Ita fixes some bugs that caused crashes in Ita 2.0. We apologize for those bugs. If new bugs arise, rest assured that they too will be fixed. Thanks to all our customers, new and old, for all the feedback on Ita 2.0! We’re grateful for all our customers, and we’ve got more great updates planned. And for those of you seeing Ita for the first time, the release notes for 2.0: Hi. We're happy to announce Ita 2.0! For 2.0, we’ve completely redesigned Ita. Even the icon is new. We’ve also added some new features that we’re excited about. For example: tapping list items while editing switches editing focus, making it possible to edit multiple items in quick succession. We’ve moved Ita’s settings into the app (tap the atom symbol in the top left) to make it easier to access and change your settings. Ita 2.0 also improves its support for accessibility features and adds translations of the app into Traditional Chinese and Modern Greek. We couldn’t be happier with the customers, testers, localizers, and developers that have helped us make Ita a success. Thank you all. We hope you like this version of Ita — we think it’s the best version yet.

1.4.2

January 16, 2014

Friends, This update eliminates a bug which, in a previous version of the app, caused crashes for some users. We dislike those sorts of bugs intensely, even more so than we dislike all bugs generally. For its inadvertent inclusion in the app, we apologize. For your support and use of the app, we give many thanks. We have, it's safe to say, more ambitious updates planned, but for the time being, enjoy this one in the hopes of a crash-free new year.

1.4

July 18, 2013

We're glad to report that version 1.4 of Ita is now ready. It's been a few months since we've shipped an update—that's because we've been making some big changes under the hood. In addition to the invisible, secret changes (that make Ita more reliable and stable), we've made some visible, unsecret changes as well: › Faster startup time when using iCloud. › iCloud improvements: Ita will remain synced even if you're using Ita on two devices at the same time. Lists, items, and list and item order will remain synced more reliably. › Shared lists now use Markdown-style bullets. › Fix for a list sharing bug that affected lists with items containing &, =, and other special characters. › Fix for some typos in the French localization. › Fix for adding new items bug. › Animation improvements We hope you’re enjoying making lists with Ita. Please direct questions, comments, and support requests to support@nicemohawk.com, or find us on Twitter as @nicemohawk.

1.3.1

January 12, 2013

In this version, we have a fixed a bug relating to sharing lists via email. Adding new lists through email or by copying and pasting items works a bit better now. If you email a list to other Ita users, they can add that list back into Ita. We've also made a change so that pasting a few items that use leading -, *, or x characters will automatically remove the leading characters and, for items with an x, mark the list item completed. Many thanks, as always, to our customers.

Reviews of Ita

  • Almost great app!

I love lists, and use them every day. I have been using ITA for years, and love it for everything except recurring to-do’s (think grocery and chores). For these it would be incredibly helpful to have an alphabetizing function!!
  • Love it!

This app helps me keep my life on track. Couldn’t make it without it!!
  • Updated app works great, easy to use

I like the straightforward layout and graphics of this list app. It’s very easy to create lists and I like the way ‘done’ items can just be tapped to fade out and fall to the bottom of the list. I also like the ability quickly reorganize the different items. I use this app frequently.
