Very disappointed
Slow and sluggish on the odd occasion but the past 2weeks it’s been totally unresponsive- subscription now cancelled.Developer Response
We're very sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with speed in the app. This is not expected behaviour so suggests an issue with the current install. Love to read what’s happening in my local paper, which I am subscribed to. But…. On so many occasions I will want to read a breaking story, which whilst I am trying to read it, it will go back to the previous screen. Meaning I cannot read breaking stories through this app!!! I have to try to find them online. It is very very annoying when you pay to get these stories so you know what’s going on, but you cannot access them on the app. Please please try to fix whatever ‘bug’ this is.Show lessDeveloper Response

I have bought 3 months of subscription and I cannot fully access the app. I have been asking SWINDON ADVERTISER for help but I have got absolutely no where! I have asked for a refund but because of their faulty app they say they have no record of my purchase even though I have clearly shown them the evidence!
APPALLING TREATMENT FROM THEM TO A PAYING CUSTOMER.
DO NOT BUY, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!Show less
