Awesome game - addiction likely -- incredibly fun
This is a fantastic strategy game. The game play and the graphics are excellent. When you are first starting out, the game is most fun but once you get to th 9 or 10 the game becomes completely impossible from a defensive standpoint. There are just too many variables and your whole space is literally littered with traps and collectors , etc. it’s just too much. Also the game is so heavily weighted to offense. I left years ago because I had someone attack me and literally take no damage because of excessive spells and healers. I think it would be nice if once you are higher,if you could select a level to play at. I will likely never attack again with my town hall 10, but I am enjoying the versus part because I’m low level and it hasn’t gotten out of control yet. Also what happened to the last 30 seconds free? Now you want gems for saving 15 seconds? One more thing, I’m regularly asked to attack people 2-6 levels higher in the builder hall matching. I am bh4. I’m often attacked by levels 5-6 in the lower leagues. There is a huge difference between level 4 and 6. Sometimes people 5 levels higher attack me and get full trophies. It seems to me there should be a calculation of total power to make things fair, but right now it’s not balanced.

Terrible Customer Support
Game is old and there are other games that are better than this ..Management and customer support are the worst they act like they’re the best mobile game in the world lol !!. When trying to recover an account they ask you a very specific questions like they expect you to remember everything from 10 years ago. And if you don’t, they’ll just reject your request without even giving other options. In-game, they allow you to change your email but if you try to recover your account they will still ask you questions that can only be answer using your old email like wheres your brain at ? Lol! so if you lose your access goodluck recovering your account. If you let your friend play your account because you are too busy with life, they will ban you, like this is our way to keep playing your game but instead of being thankful to your loyal players you punish them, it’s like they don’t want you to play the game anymore. Maybe if you fire all your support and replace them with someone who’s actually willing to help then I’ll give 2 stars for now its a 1 star actually if I can give a negative star, I will do that. Worst game, money grab, worst management and support. If I were you I will avoid any supercell game !!!!

Great game but I have some things I would like to say
Honestly I love this game it’s so fun and it’s honestly OG in my life and I love the fact that you can build your Own town and battle people and be in clans and that but the thing is it’s just so pay to win it just like clan royal you could be town hall level 1 but just buy gems and spend money and you can be OP in like a couple of hours but if you don’t spend money it’s hard but you can still play the game and it not that pay to win I just wanted to say that it kinda is and also when you get to a high town hall then everyone takes for ever like I’m talking 5 days some things 20 days but there are things that they have changed that make the game good and also when you get a high town hall everything is also really really expensive. But anyways good game and I recommend it.

BRING BACK GLOBAL CHAT
bring back global chat, i want it back and i know every other clash of clans player wants it back.
HAHA that paragraph was already written when i came to make a comment about bringing back global chat, i'm sure i wanted to make a comment about it years prior from now since it was already written, but man, ive played this game for years, basically most of my life, i was like 6-7, now i'm 18. But clash of clans has never been the same without Global chat, as many have said, it was an easy way to recruit players & also a great way to connect with others, great memories were made back then, alot of friends were made & it genuinely made the game fun to play, whilst waiting for your troops to finish.

Been playing for probably 10 years or more
So, I have loved this game. Been developing base for a decade. Th 14 now. The thing is, loot has gone awful. I am maxed on everything but walls. I can “next” 20 times and the best offer of loot is 600k, but usually that will be from th16 so I probably won’t get 600k. But at that rate is going to be 5 attacks minimum to up grade 1 wall. And army’s take 45 mins to train so I’m not sitting around waiting for that. 2 attacks in, but I will have spent more time nexting ( which is soooooo boring) than actually attacking. So later in the day, when I get a coffee break and think I might just have a quick game actually that’s not going to be fun because I won’t actually find a base to attack so I won’t log on. So now my gold pass also feels like a waste of money. ( also have th8 base, every attack loot it rarely less than £200k, but my th 14 frequently only gets 10’s k loot offered. ( don’t get me wrong, I’m not bothering to attack for 200k either with my th14 but in terms of the value of that loot to the th8 base it’s phenomenally more. You need to either drastically improve loot offers or cut training times and then I’ll happily hit loads of lower loot bases- but currently I am bored because I’m not able to actually play the game

Overwhelmed
This game used to be so chill. You can attack, be attacked, build, collect, upgrade and many more, but… now the game just turned super grindy and the time and effort to level up after Town Hall 12 basically have a sign on it saying “you have to pay💰”. I left the game about a year and a half ago, I am writing this review after seeing many of my friends leaving the game and our clan falling apart. It is honestly the saddest thing that could happen in a game, seeing of those who you used to have so much fun with you leaving you one by one. I’m not writing this to wanting to change anything as it’s too late, I’m just here to say how I feel about the game.

Just wanted to say. . .
I love this game so much and I think the new updates are so cool but there is something I bin thinking about asking for you to add a new dark troop and hero because it's bin a while since we've seen a new home village hero so I was thinking about a new troop that goes with the new dark troop I was hoping you could add so I noticed that a lot of these things kinda remind me of lord of the rings so I was hoping you can add something related to the orcs maybe call them something like an org to avoid copyright I think and as for the hero I was thinking maybe it could be something related to the org idea I had maybe call it something like the alpha org and I actually thought of what level the Townhall you'd unlock these troops for instance the regular org could be unlocked at Townhall 14 and then the alpha org would be unlocked at Townhall 15 so could you maybe think about it it would mean a lot to me if you actually added it l'd probably actually shed tears of happiness I almost actually forgot to mention with the orcs hero ability to be it could be like a tornado ability that spawns orcs and my little brother actually was hoping there could be like a new siege machine that's like the polar dropper only instead of dropping boulders he drops logs you make us both happy to know if he's actually get into the game.

i have my Google Game play account and gam still ask me to gave supercell account which i don’t know i have played Clash of clans, clash Royal and Hay day since my childhood i guess don’t remember when i start these games but i have played these game on and off how come my Clash of clans is missing from my supercell account and still available on my google game play and i am trying again and again but they always ask me to gave supercell i start play these games on google game play long time ago i am missing my village which i am not able to retrieve it after trying multiple time. i have change different phones change emails but since i start playing these game my personal email is same and even it still on game play but not on supercell where as other games are on supercell and very easy to login . if any of the Supercell team member reading my review please contact me.

Personally, I love the game, been playing for a few years now and I really love raising a clan and leading it to victory. There is plenty of content and things to do within the game which is pretty cool however I do think that matchmaking has gone down hill lately because if I find people of the same town hall in the attack tab, I can usually get a maximum of 5 trophies which is pretty ridiculous when trophy pausing to Titan like myself. I also feel like things get far too expensive and take ridiculously long as you progress through the game such as walls (which are really expensive from town hall 11), heroes, new buildings for that town hall, upgraded and even as far to mention traps! Traps are literally millions when it isn't even always guaranteed that they will serve a purpose each defence. There is also no point having training potions at higher town halls since troop training takes like an hour anyway! As mentioned before, I really do love this game and will keep playing but I just get a little frustrated when I see those few things mentioned. I would also love a feature to change your clans name- even if it costed me gems. It is a bit disappointing not having that feature.

Global chat
Thank you all to creat this game. Hi so i been playing this game for a really really longtime and like i know why global chat was removed but you shouldn’t like remove something as big as global chat for something that minority of the people did. As we all know the players in this game are getting less and less after the global feature was removed the popularity is dying i remember having a clan with my classmates before and now when i look at it it dead filled with in active accounts and for beginners clan and you can no longer star a clan alone unlike how you could have when the global was a thing and for someone who is in crystal or master it’s almost impossible for him to create successful clan (alone). and as i said before after the global the game is dying getting less and less player more people are deleting the game and less are downloading it and the new one are deleting the game faster than most ****I don’t know if someone from supercell/coc will even bother reading this**** but the biggest return in gaming history ****global chat**** will 100% surely bring back the people who had uninstalled the game the game will get close to its peak years. if the global chat returns please please this game was the best and it will be the best game if the global return
