Makes Me Feel Safer!!!!
I'm not a morning person So most of my shopping and traveling is done after dark. This makes me feel a lot safer!!! But so far they have not said anything to me about any fees. But if the other reviews are correct it's really worth the$5 bucks. I live alone and fall a lot. But my phone is almost always in my hand anyways. I rather hit that button if I needed help then call 911.

Am trying the 30 trial and love it!
Signing up was so easy and the rest mode is awesome. It's ridiculously easy to use and fool proof. I can't say I want an emergency to happen but ha, it sure makes me feel like I'll be a lot safer if it does happen.
I'll write another review once I sign up for the monthly renewal. I wish we could hear of some actual life saving experiences with this app. It's pretty exciting.

BEST SAFETY APP
I work for a police station and I was trying to tell my officers about the app. I set it up and sent out a distress call. Within 2 minutes, lifeline was contacting our station saying they received a distress call, gave my description, and location. I will definitely be telling everyone about this awesome app!

I highly recommend this app for your loved ones or yourself! I've done research and was impressed with what I read about it on the website. It works wonderfully and provides such great peace of mind! Must-have app for walking alone in the city
After using this app I can't imagine life without it. I feel safer than I ever have and even when I'm alone, I never feel truly alone when using this app. It is so easy to use. It is nice to see a phone app that is actually purposeful!
GREAT AP
set this up on my phone, thought i was doing a "test press" but actually activated the alarm & response. the company instantly contacted me to find out what was going on. the noise & light the phone makes are more than enough to get attention ! you may want to be more specific on your set up instructions & one step (can't remember which) gave no indication on if that step was completed & to go to the next step - i think that's why i activated it.

Sends Email to Contacts!!!
For the contacts you select as your lifelines from your iphone's address book, this app will send a LONG spammy email to those contacts after you set that up. This app does NOT warn you that it will automatically send out this SPAM.
Also, this app does NOT let you select which phone number to use if the contact you select has more than one phone number. You have to manually change the number.
This app seems to be okay otherwise, but the clumsy setup with no warning about the SPAM being sent out are really really bad bad bad.

Dead man's switch app
After taking karate for years, I understand that when someone is attacked they don't behave normally. Simply dialing 911 and telling the operator your location can be difficult! I don't feel comfortable carrying a firearm and weapons can be used against you (unless you are trained).
I bought this app because it is the only one out there that automates the process with "thumb mode". All you have to do is release your thumb from the screen and it sets things in motion (see their videos) and ultimately calls 911 and gives them your location!
I also experienced the bugs with the iOS update. I contacted support through their website & they were great! They had someone call me back & he fixed it. Support was also helpful when I first got the app-call if you have questions!

Awesome app!
Works great and provides peace of mind. I am out in the community in a rural area working with clients with mental health issues. We never know what mental status a client may be in and often psychosis can come on quickly changing a person and affecting their awareness of who I am. This app provides amazing support and backup if I find myself in a dangerous situation. Thanks lifeline!

Great app, great support
This is a really brilliant up with lots of great features. I did have a glitch with the new launch, but I used the online chat on the website and they fixed it immediately. It was very easy, and the technical services person called me to walk me through it. I am as impressed with their support as I am with their app.
