  • It used to be good

    Been having trouble with the app lately :( will have to switch banks because it is becoming impossible to use.
  • Home town app

    I always get a message that there’s a network error. Every time I try to log on .. And then I have to get a text to log in even after password and Face ID..
  • Great Platform

    Easy to use 24/7, reliable and great functionality.
  • Please fix the Face ID

    App works fine but I’m sick and tired of opening it, it verifies my face, but then says error and I have to close the app and do it again. Always works the SECOND time, but never the first time. Very inconvenient and annoying. Please do this simple fix.

  • Over charge fees

    My account shows no pending transactions the night before and then the next day transactions go thru throwing my account in the negative.

    Will always crash after opening the first time and is often glitchy but it is pretty good

  • App is Junk

    When will this bank fix this app. Its pure junk. I’m ready to switch banks solely on the fact the app won’t work. I should be able to access my accounts. Based on the reviews on this app I think it’s apparent who ever designed or maintains the app should no longer be used.

  • Hateful app

    If I could give less than half a star I would. Nothing in this app is easy to use you can’t deposit you can’t do anything easily. Find someone else to redesign your entire app hometown because this online banking system is terrible and is about to make me open an account with someone else because it is THAT bad.

  • Please take the time and update your App

    As a longtime member of your bank, please take the time and effort to make your app work. Many of us have trouble getting to the bank during working hours and the frustration level is very high not being able to access your accounts. The app kicks you off, you can’t log in and the face recognition is an absolute joke. This is been going on for over a year.
